※ USER AGREEMENT

▪ By commissioning me, it means that you have properly read, understood, and AGREED to the terms listed below.▪ Failing to abide by the Terms of Service will result in me dropping the commission.

※ GENERAL

▪ Commissions are for personal use only▪ Artwork may be used as icons/banners. Artwork can not be used for profit.▪ I own all rights to the work.▪ Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.▪ I may decline your commission if I feel I am unable to fulfil your request.▪ When reposting or sharing the artwork, you must credit me using my socials.▪ I am allowed to post the work on social media unless requested otherwise. And I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.▪ I am allowed to use the commissioned artwork to create merch (such as prints or keychains) and sell them for profit.▪ Do not alter or adjust the artwork in any way.

※ PAYMENT

▪ NO REFUNDS
▪ Payment is accepted only through Ko-fi or Paypal▪ Payment is done upfront after sketch is confirmed▪ Accumulated additional fees are paid before the finalized work is given.▪ However, if I for any reason end up cancelling the commission, the product will be finalized as is and up to an 80% refund will be given

※ ORDERING

▪ Orders with deadlines will have additional fees.▪ Each artwork will take at minimum 1-3 days to finish. Maximum wait time will be 1-2 months (after sketch and colours have been confirmed).▪ Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me dropping the commission.▪ Provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees.▪ My canvas sizes are roughly 1000x1000 150dpi, you may ask for a custom size or dpi.

※ PROCESS

▪ If you fail to respond within one week after I send the sketch, the product will be finalized for delivery.▪ Initially, I will provide a sketch for changes to be made.▪ I will only continue working on the artwork after the work has been approved of and paid for.▪ Once finished, only three (3) minor revisions may be requested. Any more will result in additional fees.▪ Once the finalized artwork is confirmed, a full resolution .png of the artwork will be sent along with a watermarked image for posting on social media.
